本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法以及数理统计等方法,对陕西省高校网球师资队伍现状进行分析,调查得知:陕西省高校网球师资队伍年龄结构表现出年轻化特征;网球师资队伍所采取的不同网球技能获得途径,使网球教师的网球技能水平和掌握程度参差不齐,直接影响了高校网球教学的质量;师资队伍的学历结构较合理,研究生学历居多,整体学历水平较高,而职称结构表现出偏低和不均衡特征等。
This paper analyzes the status quo of tennis teachers in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province by means of literature review, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics. The survey shows that the age structure of tennis teachers in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province shows a younger age characteristic. Different ways of getting tennis skills make tennis teachers’ skills and skills of tennis unfamiliar, which have a direct impact on the quality of tennis teaching in colleges and universities. The qualifications and qualifications of teaching staff in colleges and universities are quite reasonable.
