预测一:房价进入调整期 杭城房价经历了持续上升尤其是2000年以来的猛烈上扬之后,预计2002年新建商品房价格将进入新一轮调整期,房价逐渐趋于理性。由于市区面积由683平方公里扩大至3068平方公里,郊区房产的大量入市,必然使楼市平均房价下降。但主城内房价下跌的可能性较小,平均价格不会低于4500元/平方米。
