1975年9月以来,我科在学习兄弟单位经验的基础上,应用本院自制的昆布眼药水合并口服芦丁片治疗老年性白内障28例52眼,经初步观察,其中视力改善者22眼,进步者10眼,总有效率61.5%。无变化者16眼(30.8%),视力减退者4眼(7.7%)。治疗方法:昆布眼药水每日滴眼2～3次,每次1滴。复方芦丁片口服,每日3次,每次1～2片。2～3月为一疗程。少数病例滴眼后出现过敏性结膜炎,可改为3天滴限1次,3天后改为2天滴眼1次,以后
Since September 1975, our department has applied the self-made Kunbu eye drops combined with oral rutin tablets in the treatment of 28 cases of 52 cases of senile cataract based on the experience of the fraternal unit. After initial observation, 22 cases were improved visual acuity. Progressive 10 eyes, the total efficiency of 61.5%. There were no change in 16 eyes (30.8%), and visual loss in 4 eyes (7.7%). Treatment: Khumbu eye drops daily 2 or 3 times, 1 drop each time. Compound rutin tablet is taken orally, 3 times a day, 1 to 2 tablets each time. 2 to March is a course of treatment. In a few cases, allergic conjunctivitis occurs after eye drops. It can be changed to 1 day in 3 days. After 3 days, it is changed to 2 days in 1 eye after eye drops.
