在一次双盲试验中,20例自发性帕金森氏病(震颤麻痹)患者随机分为大剂量Mesulergine组(22mg/日)和小剂量组(10mg/日)。在9周试验期间,同时使用在左旋多巴治疗(18例出现使剂量受限的副作用)其剂量在两组中均被降低75％。
In a double-blind trial, 20 patients with idiopathic Parkinson’s disease (Parkinsonism) were randomly assigned to high-dose Mesulergine (22 mg daily) and low-dose (10 mg daily). During the 9-week trial, the concurrent use of levodopa (18 dose-limiting side effects) resulted in a 75% reduction in both doses.
