目的:为了探讨膀胱移行细胞癌中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)的表达及其与血管形成定量的关系.方法:应用免疫组织化学方法,对62例原发性膀胱移行细胞癌组织中bFGF进行检测,并对浸润性膀胱癌组织中微血管进行定量研究.结果:膀胱癌中bFGF阳性表达率为46.8%,与病理分级、临床分期、复发及预后有关(P<0.05);与浸润性癌组织中微血管定量呈正相关(P<0.05).结论:fFGF表达对膀胱癌生物学行为有重要影响,bFGF是膀胱癌血管形成过程中一个主要血管生成因子,bFGF表达和血管形成的定量有可能成为预测膀胱癌复发、转移和预后的重要指标.
Objective: To investigate the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and its relationship with angiogenesis in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder (BTCC) .Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of bFGF in 62 cases of primary bladder transitional cell carcinoma bFGF was used to detect the microvessels in invasive bladder cancer.Results: The positive rate of bFGF in bladder cancer was 46.8%, which was related to the pathological grade, clinical stage, recurrence and prognosis (P <0.05) (P <0.05) .Conclusion: The expression of fFGF has an important influence on the biological behavior of bladder cancer. BFGF is a major angiogenic factor in the process of angiogenesis of bladder cancer. It is possible to quantify bFGF expression and angiogenesis As a prognostic indicator of bladder cancer recurrence, metastasis and prognosis.
