张正忠1945年生于江苏海门,斋名快然楼;幼承家学,酷爱书法绘画;中国美术家协会会员、一级美术师、江苏省国画院特聘画师、上海书画院兼职画师、江苏海门画院院长;曾于中央美术学院专修硕士研究生课程,从师高冠华,陆一飞、邵洛羊等名家;早年艺涉中西,后专攻田园山水画;发表大量作品和入选国内外画展,获全国性、国际性奖项20余次;《美术》杂志等多家专业报刊作专题介绍;出版有《张正忠诗书画-田园山水百图》、《田园山水画法》等专著,在家乡建有“海门市张正忠艺术陈列馆”。
