一引言在化工设备中,各种大型的石油液态气罐高压容器、结构件、管道、弹簧零部件,往往受到特定温度、介质腐蚀、应力等多种因素影响而导致早期损坏或突然性的脆断。有时由于构件某一局部区域的断裂会导致一场严重的事故发生。本文解剖分析了货车液态烃罐顶盖阀门上弹簧发生早期脆断的原因,认为主要是由于弹簧内侧表面受H_2S和H_2S×O_6介质腐蚀产生的凹坑缺陷引起沿晶裂纹扩展及疲劳失效断裂。文中对弹簧断裂机理和微观断口形态进行了研究;并提出了防止弹簧发生早期断裂的措施。这对弹簧的生产工艺和提高弹簧的使用寿命都有一定的指导意义。
I. INTRODUCTION In chemical equipment, all kinds of large-scale high-pressure containers for liquid petroleum gas cylinders, structural parts, pipes and spring parts are often affected by a variety of factors such as specific temperature, medium corrosion and stress, resulting in early damage or sudden crispness Off. Occasionally, a serious accident may occur due to the rupture of a certain part of the structure. This paper analyzed the reason of the early brittle fracture of the springs on the top valve of the liquid hydrocarbon canister roof of the truck. It is mainly because the dents on the inner surface of the spring due to corrosion of H_2S and H_2S × O_6 medium caused the crack propagation and fatigue failure. In this paper, the fracture mechanism of the spring and the microscopic fracture morphology are studied. The measures to prevent the early fracture of the spring are proposed. This spring production process and improve the service life of the spring has a certain significance.
