通过分析电压施加下铝离子注入不锈钢表面后的化学状态,研究Al-Si钎料的浸润性能。结果表明,注入铝离子后可使Al-Si钎料界面的张力减小,浸润性能提高。增加铝离子注入量或升高温度都能够改善钎料的浸润性能。
The infiltration performance of Al-Si brazing filler metal was studied by analyzing the chemical state after the aluminum ions were implanted into stainless steel under voltage application. The results show that the tensile stress of Al-Si brazing filler metal can be reduced and the wettability improved when aluminum ions are implanted. Increasing the amount of aluminum ion implantation or increasing the temperature can improve the wetting properties of the solder.
