本标准适用于制冷剂为R—12(F—12,CCL_2F_2),R—22(F—22 CHCLF_2)和R—502(F—502,CHCLF_2C_2CLF_5)的全封闭活塞式制冷压缩机(以下简称压缩机)。其名义制冷量范围为1.28～31.6KW(1100～27200kcal/h)。一、型式 1.压缩机的气缸布置按表1的规定: 2.压缩机的型号表示方法:冷压缩机。二、基本参数 3.压缩机的基本参数按表2的规定。 4. 压缩机的设计和使用条件按表3的规定。 5.确定名义制冷量的工况按表4的规定。 6.压缩机的制冷量,按表4的工况进行考核,与名义制冷量的偏差不超过-7％,当电网频率变化时,允许以频率修正。 7.压缩机的单位功率制冷量Ke值按表4的工况进行考核,其具体指标按配用电动机不同列于表5。 8.压缩机的噪声值按表4的工况进行考核,其指标列于表6。
