对１２０只白来杭鸡于７日龄时用新城疫（ＮＤ）弱毒疫苗接种，８周龄时将鸡随机分成３组，用中等毒力的活疫苗（ＲＤＶＫ）免疫，第１组用加落花生油佐剂（含９８．２９％落花生油、１．４３％Ｓｐａｎ－８０、０．２８％Ｔｗｅｅｎ－８０）的ＲＤＶＫ（其中８７．５份为佐剂
