本文以一次关于蒙古族预科生英语学习障碍调查的结果为基础,分析了蒙古族预科生在英语学习过程中所遇到的困难以及对他们造成的影响。此问卷共包括两大部分:语言性障碍调查和非语言性调查。分析显示目前蒙古族预科班学生的英语听、说、读、写、译能力普遍较低。笔者在分析其原因的基础上提出了相应的建议:蒙古族预科班的英语教学应以“在规定时间内,尽快使预科生达到大学生入学时应有的英语水平,以期与常班顺利对接”为目的,传授英语基础知识,训练学生听、说、读、写技能,提高其英语使用能力及掌握正确的学习方法。把培养学生的英语应用能力作为重要的目标,特别是改变英语学习以应试为主要目的、课堂教学以教师为中心的传统观念,改革教学模式。
Based on the results of a survey on Mongolian pre-college students with English learning disability, this paper analyzes the difficulties encountered by Mongolian pre-university students in English learning and the impact they have on them. This questionnaire consists of two parts: language barrier investigation and non-language survey. Analysis shows that at present Mongolian pre-college students’ English listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating skills are generally low. Based on the analysis of its causes, the author put forward corresponding suggestions: Mongolian preparatory class English teaching should be “within the prescribed time as soon as possible so that pre-college students to meet the English proficiency students should enter, with a view to smooth connection with the class ”For the purpose of teaching basic knowledge of English, training students listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, improve their ability to use English and master the correct learning methods. It is an important goal to cultivate students’ ability to use English. In particular, the main purpose of English learning is to change the examination, and the traditional concept of teacher-centered teaching in classroom teaching is to reform the teaching mode.
