台湾地区的政治统治经历了“威权时代”、“政治革新”、“宪政改革”、“政党轮替”四个时期,中小学品德教育也在不同时期相应地体现出“党化教育”、“公民教育”、“本土化教育”、“通识教育”的倾向。从台湾中小学的品德教育的发展脉络可以看出它的品德教育呈现党化教育弱化、公民教育强化、由单科向综合科发展、外显教育向“内隐”教育变化的趋势。台湾现行的中小学德育教材——《社会》、《公民与社会》从内容上表现出系统性、综合性,语言表述上表现出人文关怀,编排版式也令人轻松、舒适。借鉴台湾中小学品德教育的经验及德育教材的编辑特色,有利于探索更适合大陆中小学的德育模式。
Taiwan’s political rule experienced four periods of “authoritarian era”, “political reform”, “constitutional reform”, “political party rotation”, and moral education in primary and secondary schools correspondingly manifested in different periods The tendency of “Party Education”, “Civic Education”, “Local Education”, “General Education”. From the development context of moral education in primary and secondary schools in Taiwan, it can be seen that its moral education tended to show a tendency of weakening party education, strengthening civic education, and changing from explicit education to explicit education to explicit education. The current primary and secondary moral education textbooks in Taiwan - “society”, “citizenship and society” show systematic and comprehensive content from the perspective of humanistic concern, and the layout of the layout is also relaxing and comfortable. Drawing on the experience of moral education in primary and middle schools in Taiwan and the editing features of moral education textbooks will be helpful for exploring a model of moral education more suitable for primary and middle schools in mainland China.
