目的:探讨受精液中趋化因子5(CCL5)与卵母细胞发育潜能的关系。方法:收集25个体外受精周期中获得的180枚卵母细胞的受精液,按卵母细胞的发育命运分为4组:A组为35枚未受精卵母细胞的受精液;B组为72枚发育为非优质胚胎卵母细胞的受精液;C组为70枚发育为优质胚胎卵母细胞的受精液;D组为11枚发育为妊娠胚胎卵母细胞的受精液。ELISA方法测定4组中CCL5的含量,并将结果进行比较。结果:A组CCL5的含量最低,与其余3组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C组与B组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但与D组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:卵丘细胞分泌的CCL5水平与卵母细胞的受精及发育潜能相关,可作为选择移植胚胎的新的参考标准。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between chemokine 5 (CCL5) in fertilization and oocyte developmental potential. Methods: The fertilized liquid of 180 oocytes obtained from 25 in vitro fertilization cycles was collected and divided into 4 groups according to the developmental fate of oocytes: Group A consisted of 35 fertilized oocytes with unfertilized oocytes; Group B was 72 Semen developed fertilized semen of non-high quality embryo oocytes; seminal fluid of 70 developed as high quality embryo oocytes in group C; and semen from 11 developed as gestational embryo oocytes. The content of CCL5 in 4 groups was measured by ELISA and the results were compared. Results: The content of CCL5 in group A was the lowest, and the difference was statistically significant compared with the other three groups (P <0.05). There was significant difference between group C and group B (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between group C and group B (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The level of CCL5 secreted by cumulus cells is related to the fertilization and developmental potential of oocytes, which may serve as a new reference standard for the selection of embryos.
