目的:研究复方莫西沙星滴耳液体内外的抗菌作用及其对肉芽肿生长的影响。方法:采用试管双倍稀释法测定MIC50。将家兔随机分为模型组、阳性对照组和高、中、低剂量治疗组,每组10只,以金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和大肠埃希菌的混合菌液感染家兔,建立中耳炎模型,模型组不用任何药物治疗,阳性对照组滴注氧氟沙星滴耳液,每次每耳0.5mL,tid,高、中、低剂量组家兔每次每耳分别给予复方莫西沙星滴耳液0.8,0.5,0.2mL,tid,治疗1周后,进行疗效评价。将复方莫西沙星滴耳液外涂于小鼠肉芽肿局部,连续用药1周,比较其与氧氟沙星滴耳液和氢化可的松溶液的疗效差异。结果:复方莫西沙星滴耳液对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、克雷伯菌、变形杆菌的MIC50分别为0.09,1.46,0.09,0.73μg.L-1。高、中剂量组显效率与阳性对照组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。复方莫西沙星滴耳液对小鼠肉芽肿有明显抑制作用,与氢化可的松相当(P>0.05),与氧氟沙星滴耳液相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:复方莫西沙星滴耳液是治疗敏感菌所致中耳炎的有效药物,有良好的应用价值。
Objective: To study the antibacterial effect of compound moxifloxacin ear drops on the growth of granuloma in vitro and in vivo. Methods: MIC50 was determined by in vitro double dilution method. Compared with the positive control group, the effective rates of high and medium dose groups showed significant difference (P <0.05). The compound moxifloxacin ear drops had a significant inhibitory effect on mouse granuloma, which was similar to hydrocortisone (P> 0.05), but significantly different from that of ofloxacin ear drops (P <0.05). Conclusion: Compound moxifloxacin ear drops is an effective drug for the treatment of otitis media caused by susceptible bacteria, and has good application value.
