分析了聚偏二氟乙烯（ＰＶＤＦ）制作的具有触觉、滑觉、温觉的仿生皮肤传感器的结构，研究其压电特性，建立仿生皮肤的分析模型。
The structure of biomimetic skin sensor made of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) with tactile, gliding and warm feeling was analyzed. The piezoelectric property of the biosensor was studied and the bionic skin analysis model was established.
