本文阐述了前列腺疾病的发生与细胞凋亡的关系，并对细胞凋亡调控基因ＢＣＬ－２和Ｐ５３等等因在前列腺组织中表达特点、相互作用以及调控细胞凋亡的机制做一综述。
This article describes the relationship between the occurrence of prostate diseases and apoptosis, and summarizes the mechanism of the expression of BCL-2 and P53 in apoptosis and the regulation of apoptosis in prostate tissues.
