办学,当然首选校长,校长办学,当然首选教师。没有高水平的教师,再有能耐的校长也无法施展。把教师视作办学的第一要素,实不为过。随着教育的宏观背景发生深刻的变化,教师不再是学校工作的被动执行者,而应是新型教育的主动创造者。在这种形势下,校长在主持改革、发展学校的过程中,必须确立现代教师观,对教师的职业特点、专业成长等加以全面考虑,从而在学校发展的历程中去造就一支新型教师队伍。因为离开了教师的创造,就不可能办出一所符合时代要求的新型学校,因此,在创办童心学校的过程中,培养与造就一批创造型教师成为我校内涵发展的重中之重。
