研究了晶界添加Cu_(85)Sn_(15)对(Pr,Nd)_(12.6)Dy_(0.9)Fe_(bal)B_(5.9)磁性和抗腐蚀性的影响。结果表明:Cu_(85)Sn_(15)添加量为0.16%(质量分数)时,磁体的磁性和抗腐蚀性最强。NdFeB磁性的增加主要源于材料致密化及晶界相分布均匀化,优化的组织结构也有利于材料抗腐蚀性的提高,此外,掺Cu_(85)Sn_(15)磁体中(Pr,Nd)_6Fe_(13)Cu晶界相的出现和富(Pr,Nd)相的减少,减少了晶界区域活化反应通道的形成,增大了电化学腐蚀过程中电荷迁移阻力,降低了腐蚀电流密度,增加了材料的腐蚀抗力。
The effects of Cu 85 Sn 15 on the magnetic and corrosion resistance of (Pr, Nd) 12.6 Dy 0.9 (0.9) Fe bal 5 B 5 were studied. The results show that the magnetic and corrosion resistance of the magnet is the best when the content of Cu_ (85) Sn_ (15) is 0.16% (mass fraction). The increase of magnetism of NdFeB mainly comes from the densification of material and the uniform distribution of grain boundary phase. The optimized microstructure also contributes to the improvement of the corrosion resistance of the material. In addition, (Pr, Nd) The appearance of the grain boundary phase and the reduction of the Pr (Nd, Nd) phase in the Fe_ (6) _6Fe_ (13) phase decrease the formation of activation reaction channels in the grain boundary region, increase the charge transfer resistance during electrochemical corrosion and decrease the corrosion current density, Increased material corrosion resistance.
