“行政搭台、业务唱戏”是黑河市爱辉区教育局与教师进修学校共同开展幼教工作的主要模式之一。黑河市教师进修学校始建于1962年,现有教职工49人。学前教育部承担着全区58所幼儿园,442名幼儿教师的培训和教研任务。多年来他们按照“服务基层学校、服务教学研究”的理念,履行“研究、引领、服务”的工作职责,贯彻落实《幼儿园教育规程》《3-6岁儿童发展指南》 “Administrative set up stage, business singing opera ” is one of the main modes of preschool education jointly carried out by Aihui District Education Bureau and Hefei Teachers’ Training School in Heihe City. Heihe Teachers Training School was founded in 1962, the existing staff of 49 people. Preschool Education Department assumes the 58 nurseries and 442 kindergarten teachers in the region’s training and teaching and research tasks. Over the years, they have performed their duties of “researching, leading and serving” according to the principle of “serving the grass-roots schools and teaching and researching services”, and implemented the “Guidelines for the Development of Children 3-6 Years of Education”
