November 7, the autonomous regional Federation of Trade Unions held a system of trade unions throughout the region, straight grass-roots labor unions to promote wage collective bargaining forum. The majority of the enterprises in our district industrial system unions and directly-supervised grass-roots unions are state-owned enterprises. The purpose of convening this special working conference is to promote these industrial system unions and direct-management grassroots unions and their state-owned enterprises in our region, State-owned enterprises, conscientiously implement the 18th CPC National Congress and the regional party committees and governments on deepening the reform of income distribution system, promote the establishment of the general wage-wage negotiation system of the relevant departments
