目前,在实用医学中以沙棘果油利用为基础研制出一些制剂。从资源利用的观点出发,沙棘叶和枝条与果实提取物一样,研究其医用,是有价值的。我们实验室的研究早已证明,原来的制剂——沙棘树皮和树枝提取物,确具有抗肿瘤和抗转移效果(等1990)。现在看来,天然抵抗力系统是实现抗肿瘤保护机体的重要环节,无庸争辩。 本文是研究沙棘树皮和树枝提取物对天然免疫效益的细胞毒素机能的影响。从查明被研究药物抗肿瘤和抗转移作用可能的细胞机理的观点出发,此项研究是很有意义的。 近几年来,天然抵抗力系统的调节功能愈来愈引起重视。人们把与合成制剂有区别的植物制剂药效对机体调节系统的广谱和软性作用结合起来研究。研究沙棘树皮和树枝提取物对被腹膜巨噬细胞活化的多功能单核细胞增多性李氏杆菌素产品,如白细胞介素—1(—1)和肿瘤坏死因子()的可能影响,就可深入认识在服用植物药剂中所产生的过程,从而扩大研究提取物的应用范围。
At present, some preparations have been developed based on the use of seabuckthorn fruit oil in practical medicine. From the perspective of resource use, seabuckthorn leaves and branches are as valuable as fruit extracts to study their medical use. Research in our laboratory has long proved that the original preparations—bark-bark and branch extracts of seabuckthorn—have anti-tumor and anti-metastatic effects (S. et al. 1990). It now appears that the natural resistance system is an important part of the realization of anti-tumor protection organisms, and there is no reason to argue. This article examines the effects of extracts of bark and branches of seabuckthorn on the cytotoxic function of natural immune benefits. From the point of view of identifying the possible cellular mechanisms of anti-tumor and anti-metastatic effects of the studied drugs, this study is of great significance. In recent years, the regulatory function of the natural resistance system has become more and more important. People combine the efficacy of the botanical preparations different from synthetic preparations on the broad spectrum and soft effects of the body’s regulatory system. To study the possible effects of extracts of bark and branches of seabuckthorn on multi-functional monocinocytosis products activated by peritoneal macrophages, such as interleukin-1 (-1) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF). The process of taking the phytochemicals can be deeply understood and the scope of application of the extracts can be expanded.
