四川省民爆器材行业协会于1990年10月14～25日在雅安市举办了《民用爆破器材工厂设计安全规范》(GBJ89-85)学习班。参加者有负责安全生产的厂长及安全技术人员等共49人,分别来自省内的各民瀑器材生产厂。在学习期间,学员们不仅学习了《规范》的各项条文,而且还了解了有关爆破技术及其安全防护、静电危害及防护、快速雨淋系统等方面的知识,并在雅安化工厂作了实地考察。
Sichuan Explosives Equipment Industry Association in October 1990 October 14 ~ 25 held in Ya’an City, “Civil blasting equipment factory design safety norms” (GBJ89-85) classes. Participants are responsible for the safety of the factory manager and safety technicians, a total of 49 people, respectively, from the province of the people waterfall equipment manufacturing plant. During the study period, trainees not only learned the norms of the provisions, but also learned about blasting technology and its safety protection, electrostatic hazards and protection, rapid rain system, etc., and at the Ya’an Chemical Plant made Field trips.
