基于目前中职财会专业实践教学中存在的问题,传统的教学模式已经不能适应当前中职财会教学发展的需要。作为财会专业教师,必须努力探索并创设一种适合当前中职财会实践教学的新模式。实践证明,岗位角色模拟教学法可以充分挖掘学生的学习潜能,调动学生的学习积极性,培养学生的团队协作意识和协调沟通能力。 Based on the existing problems in practical teaching of vocational finance, the traditional teaching model can no longer meet the needs of the current development of accounting finance in secondary vocational schools. As a professional finance and accounting teacher, we must strive to explore and create a new model suitable for the current practice of accounting in vocational schools. Practice has proved that job role simulation teaching method can fully tap the potential of students, arouse their enthusiasm for learning, cultivate their awareness of teamwork and coordination of communication skills.
