2月19至20日,全国减灾救灾工作会议在四川省成都市召开。民政部党组副书记、副部长姜力在会上要求,完善减灾救灾政策体系,进一步加强灾害救助规范化、精细化管理,确保各项制度有序衔接。姜力要求,2013年减灾救灾工作要重点做好以下六方面工作:一是要抓好政策落实,继续做好冬春救助,加快推进倒损住房恢复重建,扎实做好应急准备和新灾应对,确保受灾群众基本生活;二是要加强政策创制,完善减灾救灾政策体系,进一步加强灾害救助规范化、精细化管理,确保各项制度
February 19 to 20, the National Disaster Mitigation Work Conference was held in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. At the meeting, Jiang Li, deputy party secretary and deputy minister of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, called for improving the policy system for disaster reduction and relief and further strengthening the standardized and refined management of disaster relief so as to ensure the orderly convergence of various systems. Jiang Li requires that the work on disaster mitigation and relief in 2013 should focus on the following six aspects: First, we must make every effort to implement the policy, continue the winter and spring aid, speed up the recovery and reconstruction of dilapidated houses, do a good job in emergency preparedness and new disaster response So as to ensure the basic livelihood of the affected people. Secondly, it is necessary to strengthen policy creation and improvement of the disaster reduction and relief policy system, further standardize and fine-manage the disaster relief and ensure the various systems
