目的探讨还原型谷胱甘肽联合灯盏花素治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法选择2012年7月至2015年4月治疗的102例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组51例。观察组在给予糖尿病综合治疗的同时给予还原型谷胱甘肽联合灯盏花素治疗,对照组在给予糖尿病综合治疗的同时仅给予灯盏花素治疗。观察两组患者的临床治疗效果,对比两组患者治疗前后血糖、肾功能各指标改善情况。结果治疗后两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白等指标均显著下降,且观察组下降幅度显著大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组24 h尿总蛋白、白蛋白、N-乙酰-β-D氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)及尿β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)等肾功能4项及血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)水平均显著下降,且观察组下降的幅度显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论还原型谷胱甘肽联合灯盏花素可有效减少蛋白尿的排泄,改善肾功能,其治疗效果显著优于单用灯盏花素。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of reduced glutathione combined breviscapine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods A total of 102 patients with diabetic nephropathy treated from July 2012 to April 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 51 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with reduced glutathione combined with breviscapine while given diabetes mellitus. The control group was treated with breviscapine while given diabetes mellitus. The clinical effects of two groups of patients were observed. The improvement of blood glucose and renal function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2-h blood glucose and HbA1c both decreased significantly (P <0.05). After treatment, urinary total protein, albumin, Four items of renal function, such as N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase (NAG) and urinary β2 microglobulin (β2-MG), serum creatinine (SCr) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) Decreased significantly more than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Reduced glutathione combined with breviscapine can effectively reduce excretion of proteinuria and improve renal function, and its therapeutic effect is significantly better than that of breviscapine alone.
