阐述了 1998年中国长江特大洪灾形成的动态过程与灾情现象 ,并同世界百年灾情进行了比较分析 .认为’98长江特大洪水的持续时间长、洪水量级大、灾情范围广、江河湖海泻洪能力减弱与损失巨大是其主要特征 .提出了防止水土流失和保护生态平衡等对策 .
This paper expounds the dynamic process and the disaster situation of the extraordinary flood in the Yangtze River in China in 1998 and compares it with the one in the world for a long time.It thinks that the long flood of the Yangtze River has a long duration and a large flood level, The weakening of flood capacity and huge losses are the main characteristics of the project, and some countermeasures such as preventing soil erosion and protecting ecological balance are put forward.
