目的:编制一个适用于我国的工作狂测量工具。方法:对246名在职员工进行预测,通过项目分析和探索性因素分析,形成正式问卷;接着对724名北京地区的在职人员进行施测,检验其信效度指标。结果:工作狂问卷包含四个维度:工作满足感、过度工作、工作至上和工作高目标,共解释总变异的52.13%;验证性因素结果表明,工作狂问卷四因素模型拟合较好,优于其他模型。总量表及各维度内部一致性系数在0.74-0.87之间。问卷总分与工作家庭冲突呈显著正相关,与心理健康呈显著负相关,表明工作狂问卷具有较好的效标效度。结论:编制的工作狂问卷具有良好的心理测量学指标,可用于有关的研究和实践中。
Objective: To prepare a workaholic measurement tool suitable for our country. Methods: A total of 246 in-service employees were predicted, and a formal questionnaire was formed through project analysis and exploratory factor analysis. Then, 724 in-service staffs in Beijing were tested and their reliability and validity indicators were tested. Results: The workaholic questionnaire contained four dimensions: job satisfaction, overwork, work top and work high, explaining a total of 52.13% of the total variance; confirmatory factor results showed that the four factors model of workaholic good fit, excellent In other models. The total scale and the internal consistency coefficient of each dimension ranged from 0.74 to 0.87. There was a significant positive correlation between the questionnaire total score and work-family conflict, and a negative correlation with mental health, indicating that the workaholic questionnaire has good validity and validity. Conclusion: The prepared workaholic questionnaire has good psychometric indicators that can be used in related research and practice.
