目的 探讨卵巢交界性肿瘤的治疗方法。方法 对我院 1980年 4月至 1995年 3月间 2 1例卵巢交界性肿瘤的治疗情况进行回顾性分析。结果 卵巢交界性肿瘤临床Ⅰ期手术治疗 ,Ⅰ期合并高危因素或Ⅱ期以上者 ,则按癌处理 ,术后加化疗。结论 卵巢交界性肿瘤的治疗方案取决于临床分期。卵巢交界性肿瘤恶性程度低 ,存活时间长 ,复发晚 ,所以要长期随访 ,对复发瘤仍可手术治疗。
Objective To explore the treatment of borderline ovarian tumors. Methods The clinical data of 21 cases of borderline ovarian tumors in our hospital from April 1980 to March 1995 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Ovarian borderline tumor clinical stage Ⅰ surgical treatment, stage Ⅰ with high risk factors or stage Ⅱ, according to cancer treatment, postoperative chemotherapy. Conclusion The treatment of ovarian borderline tumors depends on the clinical stage. Ovarian borderline tumors with low grade, long survival, recurrence late, so long-term follow-up, the recurrence of tumor surgery can still be.
