中枢神经系统室管膜瘤属于少见肿瘤,可分布于颅内及脊髓内。其中脑室管膜瘤好发于儿童及青少年,通常位于脑室系统中,多生长在后颅窝,尤以第四脑室底壁多见[1],也见于脑实质内;而脊髓室管膜瘤好发于成人,多起自颈髓,尤以颈延交界区多见[2]。现将本院2013年3月收治的1例经病理检查证实的脊髓、颅内广泛浸润的透明细胞室管膜瘤报告如下。 Central nervous system ependymoma is a rare tumor that can be located in the brain and spinal cord.
