目的了解乙丙橡胶生产装置存在的职业病危害因素、危害程度及采取的职业卫生工程措施,对工程措施设置的符合性和有效性进行评价。方法对乙丙橡胶生产装置生产过程及通风系统进行调查与检测,对作业场所空气中的有害物质进行定量分析。结果生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素有:氢氧化钠、氯化氢及盐酸、正己烷、甲醇、其他粉尘和噪声。正常生产状态下各职业病危害因素浓(强)度达到国家标准,停车重新开车时正己烷浓度<49.2~343 mg/m~3,超过国家标准。结论生产异常停车再开车时密闭生产线正己烷的散发量加大,即使在正常生产状态下达到国家卫生标准,在停车再开车时还应加强现场管理。
Objective To understand the occupational hazards, the degree of harm and occupational health engineering measures that exist in the ethylene-propylene rubber production plant and to evaluate the conformity and effectiveness of the engineering measures. Methods The production process and ventilation system of ethylene-propylene rubber production plant were investigated and tested, and the quantitative analysis of the harmful substances in the air of the workplace was conducted. Results Occupational hazards in the production process include sodium hydroxide, hydrogen chloride and hydrochloric acid, n-hexane, methanol, other dusts and noise. Under normal production conditions, all occupational hazards (concentration) meet the national standards. When the car is restarted, the n-hexane concentration is less than 49.2 to 343 mg / m3, exceeding the national standard. Conclusions The production of n-hexane in an airtight production line when anomaly stop and re-start production is increased. Even if the national standard of hygiene is reached under normal production conditions, on-site management should be strengthened when stopping and re-driving.
