目的 报道 1例同时具有t(8;2 1)和t(15 ;17)的染色体复杂异常的急性髓系白血病(AML)。方法 骨髓细胞经过 2 4h培养 ,按常规方法制备染色体标本 ,用R显带技术进行核型分析。以RT PCR方法检测AML1/ETO、PML RARα融合基因。结果 染色体核型分析结果为 45 ,X ,-X ,t(8;2 1) ,t(15 ;17)。RT PCR方法检测发现AML1/ETO及PML RARα融合基因转录本。结论 同时具有t(8;2 1)和t(15 ;17)的AML有可能为一新的临床遗传学类型。
Objective To report a case of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) with complex chromosomal abnormalities of both t (8; 2 1) and t (15; 17). Methods Bone marrow cells were cultured for 24 h. Chromosome samples were prepared by routine methods and analyzed by R banding. The AML1 / ETO and PML RARα fusion genes were detected by RT PCR. Results The results of chromosome karyotype analysis were 45, X, -X, t (8; 21), t (15; 17). RT-PCR method detected the AML1 / ETO and PML RARα fusion gene transcripts. Conclusions AML with both t (8; 2 1) and t (15; 17) may be a new clinical genotype.
