目的:检测波形蛋白(Vimentin)在不同年龄大鼠脊髓后角的表达,探讨Vimentin在大鼠脊髓成熟和衰老过程中的表达变化。方法:对新生(7天龄)、成年(2月龄)、老年(24月龄)大鼠脊髓进行Vimentin和胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)免疫荧光双标染色,并进行荧光强度的定量分析。结果:新生组Vimentin阳性产物荧光强度(59.73±9.92)较强,成年组Vimentin阳性产物荧光强度(43.26±7.99)较新生组弱,老年组Vimentin阳性产物荧光强度(40.65±6.84)较成年组弱,两组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:脊髓后角新生组、成年组、老年组Vimentin的表达随着年龄的增长而降低。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the expression of Vimentin in the spinal cord of rats of different ages and to investigate the expression of Vimentin during spinal cord maturation and senescence in rats. Methods: Spinal cord of newborn (7 days old), adult (2 months old) and old (24 months old) rats were double-stained with immunofluorescence staining of Vimentin and glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP), and quantitative analysis of fluorescence intensity . Results: The fluorescence intensity of Vimentin positive product was higher in neonatal group (59.73 ± 9.92) than that in neonatal group (40.65 ± 6.84), while that in adult group was lower than that in adult group (43.26 ± 7.99). Compared with adult group, Vimentin positive product fluorescence intensity , The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: The expression of Vimentin in the spinal cord posterior horn neonate group, adult group and old age group decreased with the increase of age.
