沈阳市居民出行调查课题组于1985年4月开始对市内五个行政区、郊区两个行政区的城区街道共98个街道办事处约11.2万居民进行了24小时的出行情况调查(被调查居民占城区人口的4％,调查表回收率为98.2％)。同时,还调查了16个旅社、招待所、宾馆的1300余名外地旅客出行情况,以及对13个主要道路段断面客流量进行观测。此项工作于当年7月调查 In April 1985, the Task Force on Shenyang Travel Survey conducted a 24-hour investigation on the travel of about 112,000 residents in 98 subdistrict offices in the urban streets of five administrative districts and two suburban districts of the city (surveyed residents 4% of urban population and 98.2% of respondents). At the same time, it also investigated the travel conditions of more than 1,300 foreign travelers in 16 hostels, guest houses and hotels as well as observed the traffic flow of sections of 13 major road sections.
