本文对原涡轮分子泵组合叶列传输几率计算公式提出修正,新的计算公式可以同时适用于目前泵中叶片长度分段缩短的情况。
In this paper, the formula for calculating the probability of transmission of the impeller molecular pump impeller is proposed. The new calculation formula can be applied to the situation that the blade length is shortened at the same time.
