1948年北平解放前夕,中共北平山西临时中学(简称山西临中)支部,有党员35人,是当时北平各中学党员人数较多的一个支部。在上级党组织的领导下,临中党支部团结广大青年学生,在艰难复杂的环境中,同国民党反动派当局进行了英勇的斗争;北平解放后,在发动广大同学参军、参战、接管伪政权、策反等项工怍中,又做出了不少贡献。
On the eve of the liberation of Peking in 1948, CPC branch in Peking Shanxi Provisional Middle School (abbreviated as Shanxi Linzhong), with 35 party members, was a branch with a large number of party members in middle schools in Peiping.
