今后物资流通企业的生存发展,主要不是靠计划,而是靠经营,这是不可逆转的趋势。随着价格逐步放开、财政补贴缩减、指令性计划递减、国家对企业行政干预的弱化,对国营物资企业的倾斜和优惠政策将逐步减少,今后物资流通企业要走自主经营、自负盈亏的路,要有被完全推向市场的思想准备。因此,物资企业除积极争取创造一个良好的外部环境外,必须尽快转换内部经营机制,加紧练好内功,迎接新的挑战,采取相应的对策和措施,在市场竞争中求生存,求发展。一、发展多形式、多层次、多渠道的横向经济联合,不断壮大物资开发的实力
