术前谈话是与患者及家属取得良好沟通的一个重要途径,是预防医疗纠纷的重要步骤,同时也是对患者知情权尊重的体现。2003年4月,我们随机调查了100例手术者的术前同意书签字者,多为患者直系亲属,如配偶、父母、子女等,其心理反应报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料调查100例均在本院进行手术的患者家属(参与术前谈话签字者),随机抽样,其中男42例,女58例;年龄24-65岁,平均47.3岁。文化程度:初中以上14例,中专及高中76例,其他10例。患者付费方式:自费81例,公费19例。患者住院时间5天~2个月。手术分类为普通外科33例,骨外科21例,心胸外科13例,五官科7例,妇产科26例;其中急诊手术37例,择期手术63例。
Preoperative conversation is an important way to get good communication with patients and their families. It is an important step in preventing medical disputes and also a manifestation of respect for patients’ right to information. In April 2003, we randomized 100 surgeries to sign preoperative consent letters, mostly direct family members such as spouses, parents and children. The psychological response is as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information Survey 100 patients were hospitalized patients in the family (who participated in the signature of the preoperative conversation), a random sample of 42 males and 58 females; aged 24-65 years, mean 47.3 years. Education: 14 junior high school or above, secondary and high school 76 cases, the other 10 cases. Patient payment: 81 cases at their own expense, 19 cases of public funds. Patients hospitalized for 5 days to 2 months. Surgery was classified into general surgery in 33 cases, bone surgery in 21 cases, thoracic surgery in 13 cases, ENT in 7 cases, obstetrics and gynecology in 26 cases; of which emergency surgery in 37 cases, elective surgery in 63 cases.
