伴随着我国当前技工学校人才培养模式改革的不断深化,如何构建科学的文秘专业人才培养模式已成当前业界所面临的重要课题。构建科学的技工学校文秘专业人才培养模式极其重要,我国当前技工学校文秘专业人才培养存在一定的弊端,构建技工学校文秘专业人才培养要采取相应的措施。
With the deepening of the current personnel training mode reform in our country, how to construct a scientific training mode for the secretary staff has become an important issue facing the industry. It is extremely important to set up the model of cultivating secretarial professionals in technical schools in our country. There are some drawbacks in cultivating secretarial professionals in our country’s current technical schools. Corresponding measures should be taken to establish the secretarial professionals in technical schools.
