在现代社会的发展过程中,尤其是在发达国家,人口老龄化现象非常的突出,而随着我国的生活水平不断地提高,人口老龄化现象也逐渐出现,截止2012年,我国60岁以上的人口已经达到了1.78亿,是总人口的13.26%。由此可见,老人在当代社会所占的比重很大,而且在这些老年人中大部分是离退休职工。本文通过对离退休管理服务工作的难点进行深入的研究和分析,提出切实的解决办法,从而有效推动离退休管理服务工作的顺利实施,不断地完善其服务体系。
In the process of the development of modern society, especially in the developed countries, the phenomenon of population aging is very prominent. With the continuous improvement of living standards in our country, the phenomenon of population aging appears gradually. As of 2012, the population over the age of 60 in our country The population has reached 178 million, accounting for 13.26% of the total population. It can be seen from this that the proportion of the elderly in contemporary society is very high, and that most of these elderly people are retired workers. In this paper, through in-depth research and analysis of the difficulties of retirement management services, we put forward practical solutions to effectively promote the successful implementation of the retirement management services and constantly improve its service system.
