我们通常泛指的科技成果,包括科学理论成果、应用技术成果、软科学成果三类。本文所讲的科技成果仅指应用技术成果。 所谓科技成果效益,指使用科技成果所取得的效果同为了取得效果而付出的代价的差值(或比值),代价通常可用科研投资、科研固定资产耗损和活劳动消耗等来表示。科技成果效益(效果)有的可以定量(如经济效益),有的则不能定量或无法确切定量(如社会效益)。
We usually refer to the scientific and technological achievements, including the scientific theory achievements, applied technology achievements, soft science achievements three categories. The scientific and technological achievements mentioned in this article refer only to the application of technological achievements. The so-called benefit of scientific and technological achievements refers to the difference (or ratio) between the effect achieved by the use of scientific and technological achievements and the price paid for the effect, and the cost can usually be expressed by scientific research investment, depletion of scientific research fixed assets and living labor consumption. Some of the benefits (effects) of scientific and technological achievements can be quantified (eg, economic benefits) while others can not be quantified or quantified (eg, social benefits).
