以27份适宜北方生长的李、杏品种为试材,采用SSR分子标记技术对其进行遗传多样性分析,并运用UPGMA聚类分析法,分析了27份试材的亲缘关系,为寒地李、杏种质资源保存和品种选育提供分子生物学依据。结果表明:筛选的25对SSR多态性引物共扩增等位位点245个,其中多态性位点240个,多态性比率为97.96%。每对引物的等位基因数量为4~13,平均值为9.8。有效等位基因数平均值为2.740 5,Shannon′s信息指数平均值为1.052 0,多态性信息含量平均值为0.595 5,表明试材具有较高的遗传多样性。聚类分析结果表明,在遗传相似系数0.612处,27份试材可以分为李和杏两大类群。
A total of 27 Li and apricot cultivars suitable for growing in the north were used as experimental materials. Genetic diversity was analyzed by SSR molecular markers and UPGMA cluster analysis was used to analyze the genetic relationship of 27 cultivars. , Apricot germplasm resources conservation and breed breeding provide molecular biology basis. The results showed that a total of 245 alleles were amplified by 25 SSR polymorphic primers, of which 240 were polymorphic, with a polymorphism rate of 97.96%. The number of alleles per pair of primers ranged from 4 to 13 with an average of 9.8. The average number of effective alleles was 2.740 5, Shannon’s information index was 1.052 0, and the average value of polymorphism information was 0.595 5, which indicated that the test material had high genetic diversity. Cluster analysis showed that at genetic similarity coefficient of 0.612, 27 samples could be divided into two groups.
