油耗仪是测试发动机燃油消耗量的一种仪表,它广泛地应用在拖拉机、汽车、船舶以及一切使用柴油机、汽油机的设备上。油耗量是判断发动机工作性能的主要指标之一。我厂研制的YHY100型油耗仪采用活塞式,测量方法为容积法。主要通过计量油缸中活塞的往复运动,输出一定容量的燃油,通过一套齿轮机构使计数器记录出燃油的容积量。除了机械计数器外,它还有一套微动开关能把活塞的往复运动转换成脉冲输出,由综合测试仪或脉冲计数器记录燃油的消耗量。主要技术性能1.环境温度:-10～+50℃,相对湿度≤95％;2.测量精度:±1％(20℃±5℃,标准大气压时);使用机械计数器最大量程为999.990毫升,最小量程为10毫升。脉冲输出的变换器分10毫升、1毫升二档。3.流量范围:柴油40～1500毫升/分,汽油200～1500毫升/分;4.工作压力:0.1～2.5公斤/厘米~2;

YHY100 fuel consumption meter developed by our factory adopts piston type and the measuring method is volumetric method.
