目的以“病人为中心”的原则再造现有CT检查流程,减少病人的等候时间。方法分析现有CT检查流程的现状和问题,根据这些问题提出流程再造的思路。结果缩短了病人的等候时间,提高了病人的满意度,强化了医院的信息系统。结论 CT检查流程再造是解决“看病难”问题的一条有效途径。
The purpose of “patient as the center ” principle to rebuild the existing CT examination process, reduce patient waiting time. Methods The status quo and problems of the existing CT examination process were analyzed, and the idea of process reengineering was put forward based on these problems. As a result, the patient’s waiting time is shortened, the patient’s satisfaction is enhanced, and the hospital’s information system is enhanced. Conclusion CT examination process reengineering is an effective way to solve the problem of “difficult to see a doctor”.
