目的:探讨量化评估式交接班模式在急诊监护病房护理交接班中的实施效果。方法:护士采用量化评估方式进行交接,主要观察潜在的危重症患者和护理风险。比较评估式交接班前后护士对潜在危重症患者病情判断的合格率,急诊监护病房急救药品、物品准备的完成率,主动完成护理措施的落实率和护理满意度。结果:护士对潜在危重症患者病情判断的合格率为97.96%,高于实施前的92.94%(P<0.05);急救药品、物品准备的完成率为98.41%,高于实施前的96.25%(P<0.05);主动完成护理措施的落实率为99.51%,高于实施前的96.01%(P<0.05);护理工作满意度为98.91%,高于实施前的96.46%(P<0.05)。结论:量化评估式交接班对于提高急诊监护病房的交接班质量和护理质量具有积极作用。
Objective: To explore the implementation effect of quantitative evaluation shift model in the emergency care ward care transfer class. Methods: The nurses used the quantitative evaluation method to transfer and mainly observed potential critically ill patients and nursing risks. The qualified rate of nurses in judging the condition of potential critically ill patients, the completion rate of first aid medicines and articles prepared in emergency care ward, and the implementation rate of nursing measures and nursing satisfaction were compared before and after the evaluation shift. Results: The qualified rate of nurses in judging the condition of potential critically ill patients was 97.96%, which was higher than 92.94% (P <0.05) before the implementation. The completion rate of emergency medicine and article preparation was 98.41%, higher than 96.25% before implementation P <0.05). The implementation rate of active nursing intervention was 99.51%, which was higher than 96.01% before the implementation (P <0.05). The satisfaction degree of nursing was 98.91%, higher than 96.46% before the implementation (P <0.05). Conclusion: The quantitative evaluation of the shift for improving the quality of emergency hand-over ward shift and quality of care has a positive effect.
