目的观察急性心肌梗死急性期血压控制的临床情况。方法利用24h动态血压检测仪分别对AMI急性期患者、不稳定性心绞痛患者及正常对照组患者实施24h动态血压监测。结果 AMI组与对照组1(不稳定性心绞痛)24h平均收缩压、24h平均舒张压、白天平均收缩压、白天平均舒张压等均有所降低,差异明显,与对照组2(正常对照者)对比,各项指标均有所降低,差异显著,同时AMI血压昼夜节律消失。结论严密观察AMI急性期血压动态变化,合理应用ACEI、β受体阻滞剂在控制AMI患者血压中占有重要地位。
Objective To observe the clinical situation of blood pressure control in the acute stage of acute myocardial infarction. Methods 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring was performed on patients with acute AMI, unstable angina pectoris and normal controls by using 24h ambulatory blood pressure monitor. Results 24h mean systolic blood pressure, 24h mean diastolic pressure, daytime average systolic pressure and daytime diastolic pressure of AMI group and control group 1 (unstable angina pectoris) were significantly lower than those in control group 2 (normal control) In contrast, all the indexes were decreased, the difference was significant, meanwhile AMI blood pressure circadian rhythm disappeared. Conclusions Closely observe the dynamic changes of blood pressure during the acute phase of AMI. Appropriate use of ACEI and β-blockers play an important role in the control of blood pressure in patients with AMI.
