Taking the TV drama “The Past of Qingdao” as an example, this article discusses the inheritance and extension of women ’s patterns and the infiltration and integration of foreign patterns from the perspective of social change in Qingdao through the comparison of the styles of women’ s clothing in the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China. Through the analysis of the subject matter, color characteristics and pattern layout of the specific patterns, it is shown that the pattern of Qingdao women’s dresses is more influenced by the West in the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China. The pattern of the patterns tends to be abstractly abstracted from the complex images, which not only retains the compatibility of the traditional patterns , But also incorporates the Western pattern of the personality of light and natural charm.
