全球不同国家和地区的管理风格都不尽相同,这在很大程度上是历史和体制影响的结果。伴随着全球商业环境的不断变化,亚洲经济的不断增长,消费主义的日渐盛行,亚洲和西方国家对领导者管理风格的关注是会趋于类似还是变得更加不同呢?我们认为,不同的文化背景下的领导者管理风格都有其自身的优缺点,而对于全球化背景下的领导者来说,关键是采取一套有效的领导,而不去深究这种领导风格的文化根源是什么。这就需要突出领导者管理角色模式的积极作用,并尽量减少其负面作用。
