本文简述了胜利油田钻井工艺研究院从本油田的实际情况出发,发展“中速”大功率泥浆泵系列的概况。从胜利油田钻井工程公司钻井技术经济指标宏观分析可见,泥浆泵功率选择对这些指标的影响极大。作者指出,加快钻井速度,提高技术经济效益的关键措施之一,是加速推广1000马力以上的大功率泥浆泵,并建议我国明确采取优先更新泥浆泵的技术政策,贯彻“少投入、多产出”的方针,这是符合我国当前国情的。
This article describes the Shengli Oilfield Drilling Technology Research Institute starting from the actual situation of the oil field, the development of “medium speed” high-power mud pump series overview. According to the macroscopical analysis of drilling technical and economic indexes of Shengli Oilfield Drilling Engineering Company, the influence of mud pump power selection on these indexes is very significant. The author points out that one of the key measures for accelerating drilling speed and improving technical and economic benefits is to speed up the promotion of high-power mud pumps above 1,000 horsepower and to suggest that China explicitly adopt the technical policies of prioritizing mud pumps and implement the principle of “less input and more output ”This is in line with China’s current national conditions.
