2007年底以来,以北京、上海、深圳、广州、杭州为代表,房地产市场进入调整时期,观望情绪浓郁。作为楼市最敏感的感应器,房地产中介行业率先进行深度洗牌,多个大中型房地产中介公司业务大幅收缩,大批门店关闭。而就在许多房地产中介机构大幅收缩业务的时候,21世纪不动产中国总部日前宣布,旗下全国14个区域超过100家门店3月5日同时开业。
