科学运用激励方法能有效提高课堂教学质量,目前思想政治课堂教学激励存在教师对教学激励的认知不足、对教学激励的时机把握不准、运用教学激励的方法不当导致思想政治课堂教学激励失效。因此,思想政治教师应准确把握时机,科学运用情境激励、榜样激励、兴趣激励、目标激励和评价激励等有效激励措施来激发学生的求知欲,从而提高课堂教学质量。
The use of incentive methods in science can effectively improve the quality of classroom teaching. At present, there is a lack of teachers’ awareness of teaching incentives in ideological and political classroom teaching, the uncertainty of the timing of teaching incentives, and the improper use of teaching incentives lead to the failure of ideological and political classroom teaching incentives. Therefore, the ideological and political teachers should accurately grasp the opportunity, and use the effective incentive measures such as situational motivation, model motivation, interest motivation, goal motivation and evaluation motivation to stimulate the students’ curiosity so as to improve the quality of classroom teaching.
